• Client list data uploaded by our business clients (names, phone numbers, visit history) solely to run SMS campaigns on their behalf.
• Message content and delivery metadata required to operate SMS campaigns and comply with carrier regulations.
• Website usage data via privacy-friendly analytics when enabled.

How we use information

We use collected information to run reactivation and review-request campaigns, respond to inbound messages, generate performance reports, and communicate with business owners about our services. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and consent

End recipients receive messages only from businesses that have an existing customer relationship with them and a documented consent basis. Every marketing message includes opt-out instructions. See our SMS terms for details.

Data retention

Message records are retained for compliance, billing reconciliation, and audit purposes. Business clients may request deletion of their data upon contract termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
