SMS Terms
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026
Program description
Always Tap sends SMS messages on behalf of local service businesses to their existing customers. Messages may include appointment reminders, reactivation offers, review requests, and responses to customer replies.
Consent
Recipients are existing customers of the business whose name appears in the message. Consent is based on the prior business relationship and the business's documented opt-in policy. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency
Reactivation campaigns typically include 2–4 messages over 7–14 days unless you reply or opt out sooner. Review-request sequences include 1–2 messages. Frequency varies by program. You will not receive more than 6 marketing messages in any 30-day period from a single business unless you continue an active conversation.
Opt-out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel messages from that business. You will receive a one-time confirmation. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing messages from that business through our service.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance or contact the business directly at the phone number on their website or storefront. For service issues with Always Tap, use the contact information provided by the business that sent you the message.
Supported carriers
Compatible with major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others may not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
